Refund policy


Right of withdrawal and rules for returns

In compliance with the provisions of art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"), the Customer may exercise, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product, the right to return the purchased product and obtain the reimbursement of the amount already paid (including delivery costs), by sending a suitable communication (withdrawal form) in the following ways:

1. Before the expiry of the aforementioned term, the Customer sends the request by e-mail to the address info@cocolo.it or by telephone communication to Customer Service at the number +393468380133.

2. Customer Service contacts the Customer by communicating the number of the transport document.

3. The Customer indicates the transport document number on the return form received together with the delivery documents.

4. The Customer is subsequently contacted by Cocolo Caffè to take charge of the return. The return of the product must take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

An essential condition for being able to withdraw is that the products are returned intact, except for the manipulation necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Once the integrity of the product has been ascertained, Cocolo Caffè will refund the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days following the return of the products. The customer will be refunded the price paid for the product but not the shipping costs.

In the event that the value of the products has suffered a decrease caused by handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, (by way of example: damaged products, not packed properly or completely, or in which certain parts are missing or have been damaged, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and/or other objects), Cocolo Caffè will reimburse the Customer for the purchase amount less the value of said reduction.

Cocolo Caffè will refund the price paid for the product subject to return, using the same methods with which the payment was made during the order confirmation phase, with the exception of orders paid on delivery, the refund of which will only be possible by bank transfer , to the coordinates that will be indicated by the Customer, during the return phase.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for food goods.

In the event of products arriving damaged upon opening, the customer is required to notify Cocolo Caffè within 10 days of receipt.
